Filepeer (formerly known as EXG Documents) is a complete document communication system with secure access internally or externally world-wide that allows access, search, and display of any document.

Secure Access

Fully integrated with Microsoft NT Security. Filepeer allows you to establish permissions and access settings for each user.

Upload Documents

Documents can be easily uploaded and updated by authorized users. Simply locate the new file and click upload. All users have access internally or externally from anywhere world-wide.

Instant Notification

FilePeer can easily notify all specified users via email when new documents are added or updated.

Document Search

FilePeer search engine allows you to search for documents by title, subject or keyword within the binder, folder, or document itself.

Binder Format

FilePeer uses “binders” and “folders” to organize documents. FilePeer has no physical limit to the number or size of binders, folders or documents

No User Software

FilePeer is not installed on any user desktops or laptops. FilePeer is integrated with application software viewers including the Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Visio, etc.) as well as numerous other common formats (AdobePDF, Crystal Reports, Autodesk CAD, etc.) As a result, documents do not need to be converted from their original format.

Many clients utilize FilePeer as both an external and internal tools.

A. External Use - Externally, clients can utilize FilePeer for easy upload and maintenance of key documents for communication to and users access of the client’s web site.

B. Internal Use - Internally, clients can utilize FilePeer as their Intranet site allowing efficient employee access to documents such as Employee HR Manual, etc.

C. BCP - Use Further, clients are now using FilePeer as their primary location for their BCP and DRP documents. The system provides both a secure global access to the BCP and DRP documents as well as an offsite location so the documents are available in the event the client’s primary server site becomes unavailable.
