Our Project ManagementEXG methodology is consistent with the Project Management Institute of Body of Knowledge (PMBOK 3rd Edition).  The EXG approach to project management is accomplished through the application and integration of the five key processes.

Initiating- recognizing that a project or phase should begin and committing

to do so. 

Planning- devising and maintaining a workable scheme to accomplish the

business need that the project was undertaken to address. 

Executing- coordinating people and resources to carry out the plan. 

Controlling- ensuring that the project objectives are met by monitoring and

measuring progress and taking corrective action when necessary.

Closing- formalizing acceptance of the project or phase and bringing the project to a close.

The EXG team will work with the client staff to coordinate the completion of each of the project milestones.  A PMP certified EXG Project Manager experienced in managing projects of any size and scope will ensure that the EXG resources execute their required tasks and adhere to the project timeline.  The EXG Project Manager will also coordinate with the EXG personnel to monitor the project plan and organize the resources and external stakeholders when necessary.
